Thank you for shopping with us! Please be aware that our products are digital embroidery designs. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Policy Details:
Final Sales: Once a digital embroidery design has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy is in place because digital products can be easily copied and cannot be undone once accessed.

First-Time Orders: If you are a first-time customer and encounter any issues with your download or the file, we are happy to assist with minor edits or corrections to ensure the design meets your needs. However, please note that substantial changes or edits may incur additional charges.

Assistance: Should you experience any problems with the product or need support, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address any concerns promptly.

License:
Unless otherwise stated, Stitch Art Embroidery and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on embroiderydesign. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
